Hello,
the medias for BS on ASE and ASE standalone are pretty the same, the difference is that only some versions are supported to be used with Netweaver, if you check the SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise Media coming with Netweaver, then you will see a setup and if you start this you will get the same installation steps like any other customer using ASE without SAP Applications.
If you plan to use Replication Server, then you should do this only in the way supported for the Netweaver application, see SAP Note 1650511 and SAP Note 1891560 - You need to use ASE 15.7 SP110 as minimum.

PS: Don't get confused about the different meaning of warm standby replication (if you google this), this differs between SAP Application Installations and Custom Application Installations, for you "warm standby" is described as:
