Try this workaround for dealing with this issue.
1. Try Rescheduling(Drop and recreate) the existing jobs which are created in the dba cockpit for the Job Scheduler
2. Try with the DBA corrections and the version level compatibilites from the below SAP Notes - 1619967
3. Check with the SAP note to check the jobscheduler status & diagnosis - 1835880
