I think the problem here is that you tried to manually set-up the environment.

You should start from scratch and then follow chapter 7 in the install guide.

7.3 Installing the Replication Environment

　It provides you with a detailed step by step instruction including the the input for all relevant screens.

　These are the main steps to follow

1. Install your primary NW 740 system following the install guide
2. Follow the steps in chapter 7.3
   1. On the standby side install an empty database using homogenious system copy
   2. On the standby side install the Repserver environment
      1. Use sapinst path -> Generic Installation OptionsSAP Sybase ASEDatabase ReplicationSetup of Replication Environmennt environement'
         Don't select the checkbox 'Configure the replication environment'
   3. Install the Repserver environment on the primary side
      1. Use sapinst path -> Generic Installation OptionsSAP Sybase ASEDatabase ReplicationSetup of Replication Environmennt
      2. This time configure the replication environement and materialize the database

Please make sure that you use ASE 15.7. SP103 and Replication Server 15.7. SP102.

Replication Server SP110 is not yet certified for the Business Suite.
