As mentioned Ajith, the 100% for "max memory" is expected as we have the "allocate max shared memory" configured to 1 (enabled) , which is a requirement for SAP Business Suite environments running on ASE.
Also keep into account that the "max network packet size" should be = 16384 , that is also a requirement (SAP Note 1749935 - SYB: Configuration Guide for SAP ASE 15.7 and 1581695 - SYB: Configuration Guide for SAP ASE 16.0)
However, the 100% for number of open indexes and partitions may indicate you should consider to increase those parameters values. You may see on the ASE error log some warnings telling that those parameters may require to be increased (you can check it from DBACockpit -> Database <SID> -> Diagnostics -> Error log ).
The sp_configmonitor and countmetadata are displayed on DBACockpit thru the menu Performance -> Resource Utilization.
